This 40oz black tumbler features original artwork by tattoo artist Steven “Gumbie” Severt (@gumbiesink), combining dark imagery, intricate linework, and a strong neo-traditional influence. Gumbie is known for work spanning realism, cover-ups, and neo-traditional tattooing.

The design centers on a dramatic human skull entwined with a snake, creating a classic tattoo motif with Gumbie’s own detailed treatment. The snake rises from behind the skull, its hooded head positioned prominently above the composition before its body coils around the artwork and emerges beneath the jaw.

Fine lines define the scales and contours of the snake, while its stylized eye gives the creature an almost supernatural quality. The skull below is rendered with detailed cracks, shadows, and contours, giving it an aged, weathered appearance.

Surrounding the skull are large blooming flowers and flowing leaves, softening the darker imagery while adding depth and balance to the composition. Small ornamental details and scattered dots throughout the artwork give the piece additional movement and the feel of a hand-drawn tattoo illustration.
