Tattoo Tumblers Shipping Policy

At Tattoo Tumblers, each order is prepared and laser engraved with care. The following policy explains our processing times, shipping methods, and what to do if there is an issue with your delivery.
Processing Time
Most orders are processed and ready to ship within approximately 3 business days after the order is placed.
Business days are Monday through Friday and exclude holidays. During periods of high order volume, product launches, or when our team is attending tattoo conventions and events, processing times may be slightly longer.
Processing time is separate from USPS transit time.
Shipping Method
Tattoo Tumblers ships all orders exclusively through the United States Postal Service (USPS).
Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation with USPS tracking information.
Shipping times displayed at checkout are estimated transit times and begin after your order has been processed and transferred to USPS. USPS delivery estimates are not guaranteed by Tattoo Tumblers.
Tattoo Tumblers is not responsible for carrier delays caused by weather, holidays, transportation disruptions, or other circumstances outside our control.
Shipping Addresses
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.
If you notice an error in your shipping address, please contact us as soon as possible. We will make every reasonable effort to correct the address before shipment, but we cannot guarantee that an address can be changed once an order has entered processing or has shipped.
Tattoo Tumblers is not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
If an order is returned to us because of an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer may be responsible for additional shipping charges to have the order resent.
Lost or Delayed Packages
If USPS tracking shows that your package is significantly delayed or appears to be lost in transit, please contact us.
We will work with you and USPS to determine the appropriate next steps and, when applicable, assist with a USPS inquiry or claim.
Delivery delays caused by USPS are outside the control of Tattoo Tumblers, but we will make reasonable efforts to help resolve problems with your shipment.
Packages Marked Delivered
If USPS tracking shows your package as delivered but you cannot locate it, please first check around the delivery location and with other members of your household, neighbors, apartment management, or other locations where USPS may have left the package.
You may also contact your local USPS office for additional delivery information.
If the package still cannot be located, contact Tattoo Tumblers and we will help determine what options may be available.
Damaged Orders
If your order arrives damaged, please contact Tattoo Tumblers within 7 days of the delivery date shown by USPS tracking.
Please provide your order number and clear photographs of both the damaged product and the shipping packaging. Photos are necessary so we can evaluate the damage and, when applicable, file a claim with USPS.
Please retain the damaged product and all original packaging until the issue has been resolved.
If the damage is verified, we will work with you to provide an appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement or refund, depending on the circumstances.
Custom and Personalized Orders
Please carefully review all personalization information before submitting your order.
Tattoo Tumblers is not responsible for spelling, wording, or other personalization errors entered by the customer when placing an order.
Manufacturing defects, engraving errors made by Tattoo Tumblers, or products damaged during shipping will be handled separately in accordance with our applicable policies.
International Shipping
Tattoo Tumblers currently ships within the United States only.
